Vikram Brahma is a Digitalpreneur, Author, Blogger, Writer, & YouTuber. He loves to write content & spend time working from home.

Introduction

Writing articles related to self-improvement and digital marketing is my passion. I love to motivate others through my writing, speech or videos.

A few months back, I joined one writing community called Digital Writopreneurs Hub under the guidance of Mr Rajinder Soni. And I have made some progress in terms of my professional writing career.

After joining the writers’ community hub, I have managed to write and publish more than 50 articles in total. I was even able to win the article writing contest once. So, in this article, I am going to share my exact strategy of how I manage to write more number of articles in a short period.

Do Mental Preparation First

If you ask any successful person almost everyone will say “it is all about the mindset”. That is the exact strategy we need to follow. Start any project with the end in mind and give your best efforts. Learn as you start and progress as you grow.

When I joined the community I saw my senior Mr Nitin Khaire sharing many articles one by one. I even remember him winning the article writing content. By seeing his progress and success I also got the feeling that I can also achieve that.

From that day onwards I also made up my mind to write such articles and win the contest one day. Therefore, it’s very important that whatever may be your goals or dreams you should mentally prepare yourself for that. It is said if you have prepared yourself mentally well then half the battle is won.

How I Come Up With List of Topics?

Now the second most important task which I believe is related to the actual work. For this I keep my mind open and since I am a good observer I have a habit of taking random notes related to many topics.

Five ways through which I generate topics ideas to write about:

  • I check important news every week regarding what kind of problems people are facing in the current situation and I try to come up with the original solutions through my articles.
  • Secondly, I like to talk to a few friends on social media. I observe their interest and feedback. And then I try to come up with some topics related to self-improvement or digital marketing.
  • Third, I have a large collection of books, so I write articles about a book summary. This is one of the easiest ways to come up with the topic ideas to write.
  • Whenever I see any positive post or thought in any book or random social media I take notes of them.
  • Since I have good knowledge of digital marketing - especially areas related to blogging, SEO, Facebook advertising and YouTube. So, I can come up with some topic ideas to write about.

In this way, I can generate many article topics. And I make sure that I have at least five to six topics to write in one go.

Time To Write An Article

Usually, there is no particular time to write an article. Whenever you are ready, get focused and start writing. But it’s always better if you can set a particular time to write articles. It will build your habit and you will be always ready to write articles on those durations.

I try to write at least two to three articles in one day during the contest season. And to achieve this, I divide my schedule. First, I will try to write and complete one article before 11 am. The second article by 5 pm and the third article by midnight.

Once I write these articles, I read them aloud two to three times and make changes wherever there is a need. And then I publish them in one go at night.

Right Environment Matters A lot

Another important factor which is very essential is related to the environment where you will sit and write. Make sure the environment is peaceful and there shouldn’t be anyone to disturb you.

I usually keep my internet and mobile off during my writing sessions. And I use my father’s mobile for internet connection. During writing sessions, I like to sit quiet and alone. During those hours I close my office door and I keep on writing.

My Usual Format Of Writing Article

Usually, first I come up with some headline options related to the topic. Then I check related keywords in Google search or Google Adwords. I usually follow this trend - introduction, subheadings, paragraphs and I end the article with conclusions.

I write short sentences and paragraphs. And if possible I try to add real-life examples or my personal experience related to the topic. This usual method gives more credibility and depth to my articles.

Focus On Completing The Task

After I have decided my topics and keywords then my entire focus will be to complete the article in the best possible manner. Usually, I take two to three hours to complete one article.

I am sure if you will focus enough words will simply flow through your brain. I always write 100% original content and you will never get any duplicate content in any of my articles or post. So, simply focus and complete your task.

Conclusion

In this article, I have shared all my secrets about how I come up with topic ideas and when I write those articles. Currently, I have allotted particular days in a week to write articles.

I just focus on two things, first to come up with some topic ideas in which I am comfortable and second I try to add some real-life experience.

I have set a goal to write up to a hundred articles by the end of this year.

I hope this article of mine can give some valuable information about the process which I follow to write a large number of articles. And I am looking forward to read your articles.
