Yes, I love Pinterest! It is so visually stimulating, I find that I go in to check my boards and wind up there for sometimes close to two hours. I want to try everything I see!!!

I am still getting to grips with the idea. I'd like to use Pinterest for increasing traffic but so far all I seem to do is decrease my own productivity because I wander into the tech sections and lose myself in all the cool stuff I see other people pinning! I'll get the hang of it eventually I suppose :)

I have used pinterest to optimize my site and the result was great, it jumped from #142 to #6 in 2.5 weeks time.

The trick is we must got our website pinned and repinned by many people, which is the hardest part. Most of pinterest users won't doing repin when they aren't like what we pinned.

I do simple thing to outsource it on fiverr and got my site pinned by 75 people, I don't know how can he did it just search by typing pinterest on fiverr and you will find it on the TOP. Many other seller offer pinterest service on fiverr but in my experience they can't make my website increase in SEO. I don't know why.

Reasons why Pinterest is great for SEO:

      1. Even not support anchor text (except the url link), it's still perfect for placing our keywords in description. Google will READ it!!

      2. Google interest in social media signal so it will not tagged as links farm.

      3. Once our website pinned it has 3 backlinks counts.

      4. You need to ping the links of your pins to the to get your website increase in SEO.

I love Pinterest and I am having fun creating a multitude of boards of interest. I have boards for each holiday and a super How To board that contains a wealth of information now. I like being able to categories lenses that I visit, so that I can go back if I want to, especially on the how to's and recipes!

I really love the visual representation of everything with Pinterest. It's also cool that as you scroll down it extends the page, rather than forcing you to click on the next page. Everything just works really well. Excellent tips, blessed.

Great ideas. I am going to start putting the button on my lenses. By the way it works real well with the Plaxo (Links) module. If you put it in the description it comes in right under the image and above the first link you enter.

Having a lot of fun with Pinterest. I'm pinning SOME of my own lenses and articles elsewhere on the web, a bunch of my bookmarks, some of my Zazzle products (not a lot so far, though), and some sites I'd uploaded on RedGage that I thought were cool. Also discovering lots of new things by following others. I think a good balance is key when it comes to pinning our own lenses/blogs/pages versus pinning things by others.

Pinterest is another tool for internet promotion. But as others say, you should not only promote your own work. Try to browse others' work and if you find them interesting to share, just pin it and share with the world. :)

I seriously love Pinterest. I has opened up so may new information for me, helped me find sites that I have been searching for a long time, and keep organized. It has also been a great way to promote my articles online for a larger audience to see. It is indeed a viral form of promotion that everyone online should take advantage of.
