Lemon Peppered fish with collards

The seamen of the sea soared many lakes, ocean and rivers to bring us fresh fish.
How we cook it is up to us. What I did was use flour, lemon and peppered seasoning to coat the fish. I then placed it hot vegetable oil, cooked until golden brown crust. I placed on the side collared greens.

Golden Crust Lemon and Peppered Fish
- First, You will place 2 cups of flour into a dish add the Lemon and peppered season Next, You will place the thawed fish in the seasoned flour
- You will have a pan of hot oil on the stove. Place fish skin facing up int the oil. Turn fish on the other side when it begins to brown.
