Are You Feeling Drained off Your Energy

Feel at your best with positive thoughts

Sometimes, I feel drained off energy, and feel like I am in a corner and can't get out of the mess.

My new project stands and waits for me and can't find the time to do for me. I am not a quitter and will keep going on to complete what I had started.

My accomplishments are bravely tried and achieved. I treat each days a special day. I have asked myself simple questions.

Why do I feel tired and drained off my energy?

  • What has drained my energy?

Sleepless nights.

Tiredness.

Too much to cope each day.

The changes have made me feel this way.

My weak performances have got me feeling less energetic.

The mood changes.

I have tried my hardest to prove to myself of my best achievements.

Anyone can feel this way.

Feeling drained off one's energy can be for many other reasons.

Diet

Lifestyles

Uncontrolled diabetes.

The loss of courage.

When someone holds you back from doing what you really want for your own purpose, that could get you on a road to nowhere. I am responsible for the energy I bring to myself. It is like coming home with all As and your dad asks you where are all the A+'s.

Why should you not just be satisfied with what you have than to feel the need for more?

You don't need others to validate your accomplishments. The turning point in your life ought to show you when to stop. All the unwanted thoughts that enter your mind daily can make you feel something is wrong.

When you get these thoughts in mind, change your lifestyle. Do different activities to break that change from your mind. Mentally, you want to feel good and not confused. Your strategy is trying to make your mind feel miserable.

So, you think you have it all when you don't. The only time these negative thoughts become alive in mind is when you make it important to you. It is easy to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts.

  • How often would you neglect a crying child?

Not often!

In most cases, you choose to neglect your negative mind. When you feel scared you neglect yourself, and fail to see your negative behavior right away. You need to take time-out. Avoid the negative rationally. Think of the best in your life and forget about the rest.

Focus on the healthy aspects of your life. I did the exact same and put aside my negative thoughts, and started seeing my life in a most positive way. Speak to someone trustworthy about your negative feelings.

It is easy to hear, ''get over yourself.'' You don’t need those words in your life. Seek advice from someone who is proud of you and knows you well. Have a sense of self, avoid fear, and have self-reliance.

  • Are you mentally strong?

You can be strong and positive from your values shared To be mentally strong you don't have to be a piece of steel to show your toughness. Values are very important and values make you that strong individual.

Emotions are not to be ignored to have mental strengths. In having mental strength you need to be aware of your emotions and values. In regards to acquiring mental strength, you need to show that for yourself. This you do without needing the help of others. You use the opportunity to see yourself in a different way.

Your emotions and behaviors show you understanding of yourself. In other words you got to be self-reliant to be mentally strong. I became mentally strong by not seeking the need of others to feel stronger.

My own way helped me greatly. I grew stronger and gained power to move on easily with my free mind. Positive thinking did not grow my mental behaviors. I had to think realistically, and rationally to override the unwanted thoughts.

I did not chase for my happiness. I had happiness from within. A strong mental power helps you with a radiant lifestyle. The decisions made daily takes you forward to another chapter in your life. Your capabilities are stronger if dealt with in a positive way.

Illnesses can be the reason for feeling drained of your energy.

Anemia.

Chronic fatigue syndrome.

Sleep apnea.

The under active thyroid.

Diabetes.

Glandular fever.

Depression.

Anxiety.

Restless legs.

You can be drained by other people's energy.

The type of people you spend your days with could make you feel most tired, and crowded when you are not in that crowded space. The energy one picks up is easily drained by others.

Taking on the pain from another can make you feel distraught and pressured. You feel a load on yourself from that other person. When you feel drained off your energy overeating becomes the problem. Physically you can feel helpless.

Summary

Be positive and avoid stressing out on the little issues. Eat healthy, exercise daily and sleep well to have a less stressed lifestyle.

Boost your Energy

Move Naturally

Move away from these individuals if you feel drained from your energetic life. It is difficult to walk away. You got to do it for yourself. Keep your body and soul around you shielded from them all. Once you build that shielded around you, positive thoughts come to mind.

Use Sage to calm down and feel energetic. Sage, when burned in a room can relieve you from those negative thoughts. It clams you down. Writing can set you free from thoughts and put your mind in a different mindset.

The heart tells you what it wants and that you can't deny. I enjoy writing when I have time and a free mind. Writing won't take place if you are clouded with all negative thoughts. To feel the actual word expressed a writer requires an open mind.

I write when I am happy and on my own. I believe in myself. Nothing in this world can change the way I feel, or what I want from my life. My happiness and positive mind shows that for me.

Writers write and want to be heard. You don't have write to get the attention of any one but yourself. Be useful and use your words wisely. Writing can free you from all experiences.

I communicate clearly in my writing. I learned over the years from my writing experiences, a writer needs to focus on what suits them best.

Write for yourself to appreciate your good work. Words used correctly shows you great challenges. Write without interruption.

When you feel drained off your energy allow yourself time, and carry on when you are feeling good again. To write and stay focused you need good health, and peaceful surroundings.

I live in a quiet neighborhood and feel free to explore my peaceful surroundings. Writing comes easy to me and without time being wasted. I have had no time to write for a while and finally I can share my facts.

Life is what you make of it!

Summary

Be positive and avoid stressing out on the little issues. Eat healthy, exercise daily and sleep well to have a less stressed lifestyle. A positive person has a happy lifestyle and you need to take care of you at all times.

      I have found that melatonin helps for sleeplessness at night. It is inexpensive, and can be found in the vitamin section of any drug, or grocery store. Vitamin B complex also helps increase energy levels. We lose vitamin B daily, and our own body does not replace it. The complex drops, or pill form of B complex is great for replacement, otherwise we would have to eat ridiculously huge amounts of vegetables and fruits to do so. Just suggestions about natural vitamins that have helped me.

      Interesting isn't it? ''Life is what it is" I am fine now but felt that way when with certain types of people. Sometimes the people I spend time with make me feel this way. Health-wise I am good. Age shouldn't get any one down. Keeping fir the natural way does make a difference in anyone's life. I had to make some adjustments after a long time to fit my schedule with my retired partner. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your mind here.

      DDE I am physically tired all the time. Mentally I keep strong. Life just has so many things going on and I can't seem to keep up. I try to remain positive that is what keeps me going. I feel the same as you do. Some days when I am not working, I can't seem to relax. I find myself cleaning the same things over and over again. My family thinks this is crazy. When I do sit down on my sofa for a few minutes I end up falling asleep. I do get a good nights sleep, but yet on the weekend I take an hour or two nap. It seems to re-energize me. I am turning 49 next month and here I am taking naps. It is so sad I do not have the energy I used to. Writing on this site, going on a site for my profession and reading my e-mails is my only outlet. I haven't read a good book in months, just too tired to do so. My job keeps me very busy and my life to. I just recently wrote a new hub about "Why is Life so Hard?" I still have no answer for this. My favorite expression is "It is what it is". That should tell you something about my hectic life.

      Hi, you explained so well how we get down in our moods so well, I tend to go for a walk along the river when I am feeling depressed and overwhelmed, and if I can't write, I just put the computer away and go and take photos, it always works for me, nell

      You are right. Sometimes, we feel drained mentally, physically or otherwise. Most writers experience this phase more often after many days and months of putting stellar effort to write great stuffs.       I've been low on energy before, I try eating lots of fruit and vegetables and early nights for a few days, then I attend my dance class which actually invigorates me, a swim in the ocean does too. Thank you for another brilliant read!

      I have to agree that circumstances in our every day life can easily influence us to loose momentum with energy and creativity. I also agree that if we "choose to", we can also divert negative energy to positive energy and change the circumstances, or at least the outcome.       Thinking positive is the key. I think we all have days when our mental energy level is low, when that happens I think about the good events that have occurred and quickly start to feel better. There are days that I have no desire to write and that's ok too. It dosen't last. Interesting topic and hub. Thank's for sharing good suggestions..

      Sometimes a lack of energy comes when we are in need of making decisions. I know for me, it happens especially when I know changes are in the air, but I haven't yet figured out what it is that needs to be changed. It takes some serious thinking and planning to get to the root of the problem, but once I do, then I feel my energy returning. Another thing that seems to sap my energy is feeling overwhelmed. In this case, I break the tasks up into smaller chunks that I am able to handle in shorter amounts of time, and my energy level returns.

      Beautiful and interesting things can bring you out of a funk. Something that makes you curious or fascinated. Then there is always the book or movie that takes you out of yourself and allows to to experience something vicariously.
