Home schooling Mom, I bless you today with Psalm 127:3. It reads, Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.
The Lord has blessed you with your children. You are even more fortunate because you have the privilege of home schooling them. Do you realize you get to witness every stage they go through; every lightbulb that will come on in their ever-expanding minds; every moment of excitement on the fieldtrips you will attend together? You don’t have to miss anything. Yes, there will be days you question your sanity in deciding to home school them. We all go through it. But, when you do, remember they are a reward from the Lord who has entrusted you with their lives.
I bless you with seeing your children as God sees them. I bless you with seeing the end from the beginning and not focusing on one little chapter of their lives. I bless you with saying only those things about your children that God says about them. I bless you with a loving, respectful relationship with your children.
Your children are a heritage from the Lord, a reward from Him. I bless you with seeing and experiencing that today.
