Bullying Can Hurt

Updated on September 22, 2014

In every school there is a Bully. With that Bully there comes a victim. Some people act like it is no thing but Bullying is getting worse.

You may have heard the saying "Sticks and stones can break my but words will never hurt me." That saying is not true. Bullying can be fatal. Some people say the best thing to do is to ignore it but it is not always easy.

Some people over look bullying because they feel that it is no big deal. Bullying has got so worse that it is a crime. People act like it is nothing until the day comes where that victim is not around anymore. It is then that they wished they did something.

Bullying can cause depression and low confidence. Words that are heard over and over again may bring down the victims confidence. They want to escpae the pain but they do not know how. Than it is too late. They take drastic measures because they do not know how to deal with the pain anymore.

If you are a victim of bullying get help. Talk to someone about how you could overcome it. If you had it in your past and are now suffering from the consequences of it, get help too. Do not let words destroy you. Find inner peace and know that there are people out there who think you are amazing.

If you are a bully yourself stop and think. Laws are against bullying now that you could ruin your whole future. It is not fun making someone cry. You would not like it if it was done to you.

If you are a witness of bullying do something about it. Do not ignore the signs and then let it be too late.

Life is so short that we have to make our time here peaceful. We have to see the good in people and find ways to make the world a better place. You never know what someone is dealing with inside so try to make them happy instead of tearing them down.
