Controlled Rage

In 2007, Greg's 23 month old Grandson was killed. At that point, he found a need to write about his family, crime, and local issues.

No Sleep-No Food-Just Depression

What have I done to deserve this?

Many of you know the tragedy's and triumph's I have faced since becoming a writer at hub pages. The senseless death of my 23 month old grandson, Jonathan, just about drove me over the edge. I still believe David M. Olson had a big part in Jonathan's death and so do many other people. Julie Ann Toth doesn't though. Julie is David's girlfriend and they live together near Tunas, Missouri. My daughter, Amy Boudonck, was David's girlfriend at the time of Jonathan's death; she was also pregnant by David. If you are unfamiliar with Jonathan's death, just go to my profile page and read my hubs.

Amy had a beautiful baby boy from that pregnancy and his name is Elijah Lee Boudonck. Yesterday was his birthday and I didn't get to see, hold, or even talk with 3 year old Eli.

He has been taken away from me. We have been best buddies since we moved here. We laugh and play. Here is a video I took just not long ago when I was playing with Eli.

Where Nice Gets You

Olson and Amy had been talking and Olson wanted to see his son. Without telling me, Amy is a grown woman, she took Elijah and drove to Tunas to let Eli see David.

What happened after that is criminal in my eyes, but not in the laws eyes. Amy was using the bathroom and Julie took Elijah and left. David told Amy they were keeping Eli. Amy drove all the way back here to St Louis to get me. She has a court document showing she had custody at the time of the hearing to order Olson to pay child support. We took that paper and I drove her back to Buffalo, Missouri where the Dallas county sheriff's office is. They were no help, so we drove out to Tunas to deal with it ourselves.

I know that David has lied and made Julie and her family think I am a "crazy nut" so I just sat in the truck and told Amy to go in and get her baby. She went to the door and knocked. The door opened and David told her to come in, Julie was on the phone with the cops because they knew I was out in the truck. Amy scooped up Elijah and David yanked him out of her arms and grabbed Amy and threw her out the back door. She missed all the steps and landed on her wrist and knees. She ran to the truck and I drove to the end of the lane and called 911.

The wait was long, I timed it-45 minutes it took for a sheriff deputy to arrive. We tried to get Eli back and the deputy said he was ok staying there. Supposedly possession is 9/10ths of the rule. Our word against theirs on the assault. They didn't even take pictures of Amy's injuries. I did though when we got home.

I don't get it! Is David working for Lake Area Drug Enforcement? Why does he get away with every crime he does? How can authorities leave a 3 year old with a person they know had and admitted direct involvement in a baby's death in 2007. David said he fell in the shower, but after he let Jonathan crawl to the back of the tub while he kept showering for another 45 minutes.

Julie has 2 other children and her parents live in a house on the same property. I hope and pray they keep Elijah safe.

David, if you read this, know that I will fight to all ends to have Elijah back here with us. While we were waiting for law that night, what were you stashing? I saw you with the flashlight out hiding stuff; drugs, guns, what were you hiding?

David's Pride and Stupidity

David has not paid one red cent of child support in three years. Will a judge actually trust him to raise Elijah in a safe and nurturing way? I doubt it.

Amy tried to keep lawyers and judges out of the mix, but David's stupidity has brought that to an end.

To you, the Toth's, if you read this. Try putting our shoes on for awhile. David has essentially taken 2 Grandson's from my wife and I. He will kill my wife too if this lasts long, her health is bad as it is. We deserve our time with Elijah too.

What You Can Do

First and foremost, we need prayer.

Do you want to voice an opinion on the way things were handled? We called DFS and they said they have nothing to do with child custody.

Here are some links of Dallas county, the county where this all happened.

OOh...he is back. Good. I was worried. Okay glad it all worked out. Might I suggest that you write about that at the end of your hub instead of just putting out there in a comment.

Go to the FBI... File an amber alert .... Press kidnapping charges... Go to the STL police... File a civil lawsuit against the Dallas county sheriff's office... Write a letter to the local

newspaper editor.... In STL file a restraining order on Julie and David, and in the order against Julie list the child as a plantiff along with the mother. The mother has other avenues here... Now she needs to use them. If there is a restraining order against Julie keeping her from being within a certain amount of feet from the child, the sheriff of Dallas county has to honor it. All kidnapping charges and complaints need to been made against this girlfriend character. She is the one whole snatched him away. And the baby's mother needs to file assault charges. Whether or not the sheriff of Dallas county likes it or not he has to take a statement. Its the law.

This is all so sad...Life is not always fair to the innocent...As a child, my sister and I saw my mother thrown out of a taxi...trying to gain custody of us. She had run away with us to escape our father who had left her for another women. We were they taken to a "home for children" because we kicked and carried on after witnessing this..."we were being difficult". Six months later my father did gain custody of us because he had married the women and my mother wound up with a "nervous breakdown".

My prayers are with you and your family Froggy.

I am so sorry to read all this, I live in Dallas County. I'll keep you guys in my prayers. When I was going through my custody situation with my ex they told me the same thing, only in fair warning. I was told to file custody of my son and get a Judge to sign off on it prior to handing him over to my ex. I don't know if your daughter has an attorney or who her attorney is but there is an excellent man out of Marshfield if you are interested. My prayers are with you guys and your family.
