Section 1 of 2. Happiness Intervention 1, Create a Gratitude Journal
Our first mood boosting happiness intervention is a favorite of mine. Create a Gratitude Journal. Simply write down 3 to 5 things you are thankful for today. This helps you focus on and savor the good things in life. It's a great thing to do if you need a mood boost. Here's an example:
1. I'm thankful that it's cool and comfortable inside even with record high temperatures outside.
2. I'm thankful to have such funny kids.
3. I'm thankful to be getting paid soon and not being overworked.

Our very first arms and chest exercise is the Straight Punch. It is very fun and easy to do. Click below to see how it's done. It works the chest and gets rid of that fat in and around the arm pits. Perform 20 repetitions on each arm.
