DENIAL: A Metaphysical Philosophy

DENIAL: A Philosophy

In order that rebellion or wrath, is lessened on our own part (especially with the thoughts of our mind), denials should be made with consistency until we see signs of strength and overcoming that which we are denying. This is also beneficial for those who experience anxiety and some levels of fears. In speaking of denial as a philosphy in metaphysics, it means a way of living through the pusuit of wisdom, knowledge and the attainment of dominion in ones' own mind and the world around you. These branches of philosophy include:

*Logic: The principles of knowledge. It examines the interralation of the sequence of events as cause and effect. It may force a decision apart from reasoning.

*AESTHETICS: The description and explanation of artistic (audible) phenomena; and how that work of art affects ones' self. It usually suggests a contrast from the practical.

*ETHICS: Moral principles of conduct and value. The discipline of good and bad.

*METAPHYSICS: The science of ideas and their expressiions which transcends the physical. Metaphysics embraces:*Ontology: the nature of being and existence. and*cosmology: the origin, structure, and space-time relationships of the universe.

*EPISTEMOLOGY: Studies the nature and grounds of knowledge referring to its limits and validity.

When metaphysics is employed in the philosophy of denial, that which is moral or ethical by rules of society may have to be logically directed to accomplish the aesthetic value of ones cosmological and ontological status within their cycle of life. This is because, for all to continue to grow upward spiritually and whole, we must gain the knowledge for the purpose of implementing denial and become strengthened to move forward to the attainment of our goals. It helps to be understanding of how a persons life unfolds and evolves to produce the eternal purpose for our lives while we are in the land of the living. As there are degrees of education, there are also degrees of learning how to flow in the spirit and in ones life in general. Both have to be incorporated in order for our goals to be accomplished. These learning degrees, can come in levels of soft-disastrous (experiences). When this is rightly understood, we can then grow from the law of denial (except in certain seasons of our lives) to the benefits of demonstrating our God given dominion righteously and peaceably. This does not mean that we won't ever again in life have to 'deny' anything. It means that we move from a low state of being to a higher, more knowing state of being, because we will then have a proven basis for implementing the philosophy of denial, the strength and courage received from it and the positive demonstration which follows it. Such as, when lifes experiences seem to place us as the low man on the totem pole (so to speak), we are able to rise to the head man on the totem pole. The head man becomes the director of the whole totem pole and the director becomes the commander of the director's thoughts to guide the whole being through those life experiences to achieve balance.

Once the benevolence of the process of denial is experienced, it is more readily recognized when excercising denial is again needed (before we fall apart mentally and emotionally).

With the continual practice of denial, combined with positive affirmations of truth, we gain strength and inner peace. We'll realize how much we have grown spiritually and that we are capable of not falling victim to those thoughts and memories of the past which for many, stagnate their lives and keep them awake at night. Originally, we were given dominion and peace over such things. With consistent practice, our lifes journey is made more livable and viable with a vision to attain, and the strength to attain it.

NOTE: This article is not a cure-all, but a personal exercise that with practice has helped many to overcome some negative thoughts and emotions in their lives. If you find that denying what you do not want and affirming the positive is not beneficial to you, seeing a physician and/or therapist of some sort may be necessary to rule out any physical or organic causes; and/or to be prescribed treatment and medical regime for improvement.

support med Awesome writing. I love the sentence you used to combine denial with affirmations. Powerful. Denial is a huge issue and keep many sick and stuck.

This is another helpful tool to overcome. Although Christ overcame for us on the cross at calvary we have to do soul searching to truth. God works on hearts and moves mountains. I am grateful. I would be way lost without his direction. Thank You big times for sharing. I am grateful I joined your ranks. Come and visit my hubs. Many many Blessings support med.

skye2day: Thank you so much for the beautiful compliment. I know what it is like to be 'sick and stuck'. And my tumultous journey has given me the knowledge, at least, to combine denial with affirmations (the right way). However, it is still a 'process.' The difference (for me) is recognizing the knowledge/truth and strength/dominion gained through the process. Peace!

Your terms are not defined clearly and unambiguously. Not to be negative but how would one be able to track progress? If I suddenly feel good following your recommendations, then how could I check that against the possibility that it us a coincidence or something like placebo?
