Decorating School Lockers

Updated on October 10, 2011

Accessorize

A school locker has little room, so spice it up a bit.

Shelves: To keep your books organized. Make the shelves colorful. Maybe put your gym sneakers or boots in there as well.

Pictures: Put up pictures of your favorite celebrities, animals, family members, pretty much anything you want. And stick them up with little magnets you can get anywhere.

White board and Mirror: You can get these little handy mirror and white board in one thing at Staples, Office Depot, at lots of drugstores and also online. You can keep all your back up make up in there, and you'll have a mirror, so you don't have to go into the overpopulated middle school bathroom. On the white board, your friends can write you messages, so remember to leave some extra markers there.

Smells: You may be thinking..."what??". You may think this but a lot of people have this problem. A quick and easy way to solve this problem, or just to have a fun smelling lockers is to get quick Scent Bug from Bath and Body Works. They come in different smells and keep small spaces smelling great!

Tips: Keep an extra schedule in your locker. Sometimes you lose your schedule, or simply want to know what class you are going to next. Quickly open your locker, and ta-da it's there.

Personalize your locker, make it something that you want, not what others know you as. Be creative. Good luck!
