Four Psychological Types of Personality
We were created by God with different personalities and that made us unique from others. However, we have similar personalities that cause us to build the union and appreciation of our own self. Also, each of us contains different characteristics that will fall into these four personalities. Those four personalities are dominant, influential, steady, and careful.
First is the Dominant Personality - This person is the "people mover" or "born as leaders" type and they are direct to the point. They are also very sensitive to obtaining the result they seek, that’s why they change whatever there is wrong or out of place. They decide instantly to solve problems and save time. They focus on achieving “their” goals rather than pleasing others. This is because they want to be “alone” at the top. They don’t need friends and are insensitive to everyone’s feelings.
Second is the Influential Personality- These people are sociable characters. They are very talkative, especially in telling a story. They are interested to get involved with other people . There are no strangers to them in their world and they are the ones who like to start up conversations. They like to talk ideas, although they may not focus on ideas and the details. They treat people as "cases" and "numbers", where everybody seems to be "nobody". They are also very emotional. They want to be recognized always, so they are "attention seekers". They are very futuristic. They want to know what will happen next and such people are curious with everything.
Third is the Steady Personality - These are the people who are cooperative, especially when it comes to the group. They are the greatest friend of all. They are ready to sacrifice themselves for the sake of others and for the safety of their relationships. They are the ones who solves the problem, especially during troubling moments and help save human relations.
Last is the Careful Personality - They are the people who are reserved and also the perfectionist. They are quality oriented. They want everything to be perfect, that’s why they make sure that their work is done right. That usually causes them to use and more time over a situation, which sometimes can cause delays. They want their work neat and tidy. They are also the people who learn from their past experiences. They are "good listeners" and "very sensitive" to the judgment of others, that's why their greatest fear is "imperfection". One of their motto's in life is, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right".
