How Do You Feel Right Now?

Updated on January 25, 2010

The words that we use are very important because they are connected with our emotions.

How do you feel right now? I compiled these words in order for you to be able to "change" your feelings. Your objective is to be happy, always, no matter what the circumstance is. Just to be alive is a gift.

I suggest you print this list and then add your own words of empowerment.

      Melinda,

You are so correct,we have been given a gift of language from god, words can do more than anything physical, they can hurt, they can soothe, they can make you plunder along,or they can make you soar. They cost nothing to use,but can cost

someone their lifetime if they are the wrong words.so people

need to know the full weight of something that is no more than sound.

      Hey Marlin,

Thanks for stopping by. Yes, words can wound deeper than a scalpel or they can elevate both the heart and the mind and make one soar.

      Warmest regards,

      Melinda

Melinda, I agree with you whole heartedly; our words created our reality. Positive and uplifting words create the authentic life we were meant to lives.

"I am" denotes that we Are the awesomeness of our existence, it an awareness or consciousnes of our true self; while "I have" is merely acknowledging it is a becoming; the forst step in awareness.

Now that is deep. Thanks for sharing. As always you enlighten.

      Blessings.

      Thank you DynamicS,

In one of his books, Deepak Chopra only gave 30 words to think about for 30 days.

I tried to include as many as I can think of to "turn around" our feelings.

Because we are all trapped by the logical thinking mind, we need to begin with this. Use the mind to create the feeling by thinking about that word.

      Kind regards,

      Melinda

A beautiful mind is the door to heaven.

      Self-control is strength; Right Thought is mastery;

Calmness is power. Say unto your heart, "Peace, be still!"
