How to Spot a Racist Baby and Why it's important You know This!

Updated on March 26, 2010

Can you spot the Racist Baby?

Which one is it?
Which one is it?

And these Babies? Which is the Racist Baby?

It's hard to spot the racist baby I know but keep trying.
It's hard to spot the racist baby I know but keep trying.

Racists Babies to take over the World in 2012?

I thought I’d take a break from criticizing the failures of the Republican Party AND the Democratic Party and recognize the Failures of Human Beings Worldwide to make human life a beautiful and wonderful experience for all.

A Caterpillar turns into a Butterfly and a Baby Turns into?

Seriously I hope you didn't answer the question... because that would be a sad reflection upon society. Racist babies do not exist! Hatred is not genetic. Hatred is taught and learned. Babies are the most incredible wonderful little creatures... pure and innocent right up to the point where we begin to teach them.

And hatred just about the stupidest thing you could ever teach a child. Babies are not concerned with hate, but they respond well to love. Why do we as adults forget what we knew instinctively as children? Where does hatred come from and what is the point? As humans we own nothing, we are given everything.  We did not create the planet, we did not create existence.  Everything is a gift... and how do we give thanks?

Maybe We Should Put Babies in Charge?

In 2009 it’s estimated the United States will spend 822 Billion Dollars on National Defense! Think about that for a moment! That’s a lot of money spent in the name of hatred. Afterall if we didn’t hate people and they didn’t hate us why would we need this kind of money for defense? Kind of pales in comparison to the 900 Billion over 10 years they want to spend on Health Care. Now I think the Health Care bill is very messed up… not the point here the point is as a country our priorities are war not health. If it were reversed we wouldn’t be spending the money on one and not the other. Who is the real enemy? You’ve heard the saying “You are your own worst enemy”? Maybe the United States own worst enemy is the United States.

The U.S. Department of Defense budget accounted in fiscal year 2009 for about 21% of the United States federal budgeted expenditures and 24% of estimated tax revenues. Including non-DOD expenditures, defense spending was approximately 31-37% of budgeted expenditures and 35-42% of estimated tax revenues. According to the Congressional Budget Office, defense spending grew 9% annually on average from fiscal year 2000-2009.

Is this not the very definition of insanity? Will peace come only when the human race becomes extinct? How is spending a third of tax revenue to build machines to kill people in the name of defense good policy? But we (USA) are not alone. The World’s Government spent 1.46 trillion on Defense last year (2008) and is the world Safer? Is it? Not surprisingly no one spends on defense like the United States.

Summarizing some key details from chapter 5 of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI)’s 2009 Year Book on Armaments, Disarmament and International Security for 2008:

  • World military expenditure in 2008 is estimated to have reached $1.464 trillion in current dollars (just over $1.2 trillion in 2005 constant dollars, as per above graph);
  • This represents a 4 per cent increase in real terms since 2007 and a 45 per cent increase over the 10-year period since 1999;
  • This corresponds to 2.4 per cent of world gross domestic product (GDP), or $217 for each person in the world;
  • The USA with its massive spending budget, is the principal determinant of the current world trend, and its military expenditure now accounts for just under half of the world total, at 41.5% of the world total;

Would our country be in a state of economic crisis if we put those revenues towards healthcare, building schools, infrastructure, education and the simple enjoyment of life? It seems we as humans are failing miserably when it comes to allocating resources towards our most precious asset – life!

I don’t have a solution, but I can tell you that nothing good comes of conflict, war, and hatred. All learned behaviors. The Russian Baby, The Chinese Baby, The American Baby, the South American Baby… none of them are racists… none of them want to kill you… none of them care about how much money they have, how much better they are than you. Why? Because all the destructive behaviors of humans are learned.

So are Humans Really so Damned Important?

There are 100 Billion Stars with planets in our Galaxy… and 100 Billion Galaxies in our observable Universe suggesting 10 trillion planetary systems in the Universe. Turns out we are a pretty small place… even in our own Galaxy. Turns out if God did in fact create all of this… and the 6 billion people on the planet he could be a busy guy, gal or thing! Offended don’t be! You should only be offended by people that are too small minded to think that in this Universe of ours they are more important than the rest of us. That’s a lot to keep track of don’t you think?

Sept. 25, 2003 — The chances of Earth being alone in the universe just got a whole lot smaller, as astronomers have dramatically raised the estimate on how many planets are out there.

The new estimate is based on calculations carried out by Charles Lineweaver and Daniel Grether at the University of New South Wales. Their findings, soon to be published in the Astrophysical Journal, estimate that at least 25 percent of Sun-like stars have planets.

"This means there are at least 100 billion stars with planets in our Galaxy," Lineweaver said. "With about 100 billion galaxies in the observable universe, our result suggests that there are at least 10 trillion planetary systems in the Universe."

Life is short. Why spend your time and energies feeding the war machine? And by You I don’t mean you personally I mean you in the broader sense – the human race? Time to put some real perspective into our existence.

Can You find the Racist in this Picture?

Can you even spot a single human of any race? There are 6 Billion of them pictured here!
Can you even spot a single human of any race? There are 6 Billion of them pictured here!

Putting a little Perspective in the Human Race

This is our Planet Earth in perspective to Mars a relatively close planet... one of Trillions.
This is our Planet Earth in perspective to Mars a relatively close planet... one of Trillions.

Again if you put things in perspective it seems like the entire Human Race is not "Smart" enough to push aside petty differences and see the "Big Picture".

Life is a gift squandered by Adults. Babies are innocent and should serve as examples of love and life.

Just something to think about the next time you turn on the evening news.

    Great sentiments. We have to be involved with so many petty occurences to survive, we so often forget that in the great scheme of things they do not matter.

    I really love this article and the direction of your thoughts.

    it's insanity, yes. reminds me of the great Einstein quote made so long ago, 'no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.' it reminds me of the mice on a perpetual wheel going around and around trying to find the right place to stop.

    children should be taught love and acceptance, tolerance and respect. nice title, it makes one think. good work! :)
