How are you?
How are you? Seems to be a difficult question for myself. If there is any hesitation, it may be your answer. This answer is assumed to be that things are not so great. If one is at Yoga and they have Satsang, then time is allowed. If at a possible real Temple, as much time as is needed may be afforded you.
In Chinese, the question will be " Ni Hao Ma?" The question may be the same, although the actual literal words are, " Are you good?" The concept of "good" is able to be discussed enough to make that question even harder to answer by a thinker. However, it does seem easier to just answer "Hao!" So that you answer "Good!" and ask the same question back.
But maybe the Westerner could ask " Are you good? " and it might be easier to also answer " Good!" as well? I will enjoy to see if this happens smoothly for me, should it ever happen that I be greeted this way!
In New Zealand, we may say "Gidday!" or, " Gidday Mate!", and I have actually seen someone reply to this that they were not their mate! I am in a shop too,
With the sense that a customer has a lack of time to spend with you-which may not be a correct perception, by the way. It certainly is possible to find a customer that will give you the time of day. Meaning that they will spend time with you.
One great experience had was in New Zealand, but perhaps specifically in the South Island. Maybe even more specifically, in Dunedin. No wait? How can that be? This is a memory that does feel fond to me, but when thought about, does not make sense? This quantum reality quandary will be touched on later. But on this actual or imagined day, I was waiting for a bus. So many people found some comment to give to me that was uplifting and interesting.
It is possible to greet someone, even a stranger, as I was to these passing pedestrians, without needing to try to think up an answer nor have to delve into the conscious nor subsconscious. If I was unconscious, I sense they may have woken me up! It occurred to me that they seemed like geniuses! So clever, so friendly, so amazing to share something that made the moment beautiful and meaningful. What I am trying to say is that I have forgotten what was actually shared in terms of their specific words.
In China, well, possibly, in Toisan of Guangdong, People's Republic of China.. we have had a greeting " Have you had rice yet?" Meaning, have you eaten. By the way, if one is having dinner, you will ask people to join you. But, please do not accept immediately. This is a customary greeting. It came from a time when some people were starving. Now the people with food may not have enough either. So this way of greeting allows those that are truly hungry not to lose face, and, it allows those that really have not enough to support themselves, to save face and offer generosity.

Quantum Jump insight to How we are? Into how are you?
I have been reading ( unfinished) a book called Quantum Jump by a Ms Larson.
She does say that one can look into a brighter better future, and this will be so.
There other day, I said something.
Oh I told my daughter that I saw that she only went for one day to a conference that ran for four.
" Could you not?" she says. I guess some fear was sensed that there could be continued
difficulty in relating to her.
I felt very good to think of jumping to the furure in my next thought to myself.
I jumped to a future where there was great things between us.
As it turned out, this was to be true.
So I wonder how often how we are is not the question then?
More like, what are you going to do with the what has happened.
I hear of arguments getting out of hand. I have partaken in many till my throat got hoarse.
But in the NOW, would that be an argument? Or is NOW with no heat? In otherwords, what is said could be nano seconds in the past. What you do, what is said by you, or said back is not certain. Not even " In" a so called argument. But is it hubris? Is it Ego not left at the door? Is it a reality box of social or even intergallactic conditioning- maybe from Jupiter as David Icke says, that does carry on a sandpaper situation?
I have tried an Om, but it still relates to the past, in the way I have done it. Om is for If Yoga is done to get peace, then it needs that future world.Needs that strong feeling that Om is the past presen and future. There may be levels that most will not see. Possibly, the possibilities of Yoga have been known, and the self empowerment teaching has been restricted some time ago.
Many of the songs sung in Yoga relate to those that have had major consciousness achievements. Krishna and Ganesha. But these achievements are also guides to how the future could be for you, and to how your character can be raised to high levels. As historical entities, their value may not be helpful to you.
Maybe this could be an answer?
We are what we are to be.
So if someone says " How are you?" and they always seem to find great things to get up to.
The reply to the greeting may relate more to the expected future as experienced in the past more than ruminating over things.
But it may just depend on how they ask you.
Someone that you would fancy may get your motor going, just by noticing you.
Michael Hewitt-Gleeson teaches about ways of thinking. He says that if the present is not so great, to think up better ways to see the situation. You can also think in terms of times ten. That is, to think of ways to improve your situation in multiples of ten.
Although you can do his course -and also get a diploma after finishing- for free, he does teach the same course to corporates, and not for free.
As regards Larson's book on Quantum jumping, there is quite a bit of writing on Quantum physics. I would recommend to read sentences, or even chapters of that book without trying to understand as you go. There will be quite mind bending impossibilities if parts of sentences are attempted to be understood before her points are made. Again, jump to the future of the sentence before you have finished. The finished sentences are usually acceptable to me.
There may be talk of electrons appearing in two places with no lag between appearing in their subsequent place. Yet we experience this often as everyday life. Smell is quantum tunnelling she points out.Smell is where an electron appears on both sides of an aroma molecule for you to sense.
So as to how we are, we are existing in multiple realities. I see she uses the term "Multiple Universes" and indeed, some cientists talk in terms of multiverses. I feel she should stick to multiple worlds. To my mind, a Universe has to be everything.
How are you today?
How are you Today?
Energy Circles of Kat Miller.
There is a person called Ingo Swann.
I first read about his book where he describes his involvement with a remote viewing group. In this group he was to access the dark side of the moon. This is probably still clouded in under the radar information facts. What is easily found however, is that he was part of another group that remote viewed features on Jupiter. He saw features that were confirmed by probes later on. One thing was to see that Jupiter too had some rings. Interesting that the is another probe called Juno that will be orbiting for a while and as I write, arrived a couple of days ago to that big planet.
One book that Ingo Swannn wrote deals in understanding life through using the concept of reality boxes.
Too often these boxes are restricting. Are you communist, socialist, or any other description of this type called political identity?
Are you Bhuddhist, Taoist, or any other desciption related to religion?
Yet many of us, even if questionnaires persist in asking us to tick these, do intrinsically feel that we ourselves do not want to be boxed. Either do not want to be, or feel that we are not really so easily sorted.
Perhaps that is healthy.
I have not in fact finished his book. Surprisingly, the book gets quite involved.
I could even use the term Geeky.
Maybe even, this book could be used as the basis for a University course.
Some concepts are actually not wanted in many places.
There is the concept of knowing what your so called Masters are up to.
You may have to exist as a worker, perhaps even as a populist television viewer?
You may be safest as a fired up Sports follower?
Is it safe to see behind the news reports of the bulk of media sources?
Is it safe to see the origins and backgrounds of some religions, some wars even?
Is it safe to feel safe?
Much can be done to work within many reality boxes. For example to make great discoveries as a physicist, as a doctor, as a sportsman.

The Happy Planet Index (HPI) is the leading global measure of sustainable well-being. The HPI measures what matters: the extent to which countries deliver long, happy, sustainable lives for the people that live in them.
