I have been following the debate on climate change for quite a while. I also have some strong opinion on this topic. Over the last few years, I have created several hubs related to this issue. Here is a collection of my hubs. I intend to append to this list over time. It is an easy way to access all the hubs on this important topic.

Environmentalism Is Not Climate Change!

Getting educated on any topic is the first step towards a solution. What we need is fresh bold ideas to tackle a very complex and difficult issue. I'm hopeful the recent advances in Intelligent Systems and Big Data will make an impact. I welcome comments and suggestions on this topic.

Tsad, I don't think the DOJ will go down that path. Even extremists knows our Constitution will not stand for it. The problem with lies and data manipulation is that sooner or later, it will catch up with you. The day of reckening is coming for climate scientists that make extreme claims. When will they ever learn? it's the cover up that gets you.

Yes and you know what the effect will be. Wanting to jail climate deniers or merely making it legal to go after corporations and think tanks who disagree with man made global warming scientists will effectively stop anyone from investigating the claims of climate science or their shills and then just imagine to what heights the left leaning scientists, politicians, attorneys and judges will take "climate change." Hang on to your wallets taxpayers, the worst is yet to come. Of course I can hear Obama saying it now, "The world needs all your money or there will be no world or money."

Yes I agree with you on this topic. When I heard they were considering charging deniers as crime, I thought it was a joke but apparently they are seriously considering this at the DOJ.

Well Jack, you know how I feel about this stuff. I just want to point out that man-made global warming is the darling propaganda of the left, the socialist, communist leaning left wing which has co opted the Democrat Party. I ask you this question: What do these types do when you disagree with their agenda? Just look at history and the answer is clear. They demonize, censor and IMPRISON their opponents, even mass murder them.

Guess what the Democrats want to do? Pass a law making it illegal to disagree with the idea of man made global warming. Obama has said he is considering this. Al Gore called for it months ago!

An international, semi-secret, conference of top judges was reportedly held in Britain, to propose plans to make it illegal for anyone to question the scientific evidence for man-made global warming.

Americans skeptical of so-called “man-made climate change” could lose their Second Amendment rights under Obama’s latest executive order considering that psychologists have said “global warming” skeptics were “mentally ill.”

That's right, “The idea that ‘climate change denial’ is a psychological disorder ... is becoming more and more popular amongst green-leaning activists and academics,” journalist Brendan O’Neill reported. “And nothing better sums up the elitism and authoritarianism of the environmentalist lobby than its psychologisation of dissent.”

The fact that they, and this administration, would even entertain the idea that expression of disbelief in an unproven theory, actually not a theory but an ideology in their case, alone tells me that there is no truth to the ruse that man is killing the planet we live on by causing global warming. The RUSE of the 21st century!
