Andrew Johnson Hypnosis Apps for Android and Iphone
Hypnosis App
You'll probably realize that there are several different apps of different prices ranging from free and up, but I'd be leery of purchasing anything unless you really read the reviews.
Even with Andrew Johnson, I've read all the reviews before buying any of his apps (see full listing below).
Of the apps that are available, I'd recommend the Andrew Johnson hypnosis apps over any of the other options. Johnson has developed many products that you can use for relaxation, empowerment, positivity, motivation, etc. People all around the world listen to Johnson's applications and recordings to overcome stress, anxiety, bad habits, and more.
If you don't have an iPhone or android phone, you can go to the official website and purchase the CD or the MP3 of the recording. You can purchase the apps on Amazon and iTunes, as well.
If you're a little leery, you may want to download one of the two free apps- Power Nap and Relax.
Try a Hynosis App
I've never been a fan of the idea of hypnosis until a coworker came in talking about a talk show that she heard on the radio. It turned out that three coworkers listened to the same show that morning, but only one of them was really into the idea of using hypnosis for weight loss.
She went ahead and purchased the weight loss app, as well as the Deep Sleep app for her iPhone. After telling me about the apps, I, too, purchased the Deep Sleep app for my HTC android.
Generally, I'm an over-thinker, so it's hard to sleep, and when I do sleep, I toss and turn because of back pain, neck pain, or some other ache that may wake me. I figured it didn't hurt to spend 2.99 for the app, because that's a lot less than what I'm spending for melatonin to aid my sleep patterns
The first night that I tried it, I thought about it too much, so I had to play it again. I fell asleep and woke up 3 hours later to realize how deep I was actually sleeping. I've been playing the app every night for the past 4 nights or so, and I will admit that it works. Although, the app doesn't work as well as I'd like, and it still takes some getting used to.
When using any of the hypnosis apps, I recommend listening to the recording all the way through, and I mean truly listen to what Andrew Johnson is saying. If you play the recording for the first time when you're trying to sleep, you won't be able to sleep because you'll be listening to what's being said. Personally, I laughed the first time I listened to it, thinking, "there's no way this is going to work." My coworker, also thought the same thing.
But, after she listened to the Lose Weight app, she no longer wanted to splurge her diet at all-you-can-eat shrimp at Red Lobster. She's also using the Deep Sleep app, to find that she's sleeping throughout the night without waking up.
My recommendations on running the recordings:
- Listen to the full recording all the way through at some point before you're really ready to relax.
- Let your subconscious hear the recording. You're supposed to hear it, but not listen to every word.
- Relax the best way you can.
- Make sure that you've locked all doors, gone to the bathroom, and done everything you need to do, so that you don't have to worry about having missed something in your nightly routine.
- Tip I use for myself: think about an alternate world and things that don't stress me out in daily life. This way, my conscious is thinking about non-upsetting things, while my subconscious is hearing the recordings.
