If I Invented a Time Machine
If I had to invent a time machine, I would not invent one that would require to travel at fast speeds. For example, in the movie Back to the Future, a DeLorean car is converted into a time machine, and it has to go at 80-something miles per hour in order to jump through time.
I would have totally avoid that method. You know why? Well, if you are traveling at 80-something and jump through time, you might run into a wall in the future or the past. Yes, run into a wall that was not there during your present time.
In fact, in the movie when Michael J. Fox takes the DeLorean through time, he actually runs into a scarecrow in the middle of a farm and then into the barn house. Later in the movie, he also runs into the movie theater. Well, if you saw the movie you would know what I'm talking about.
Worse yet, you can appear in the middle of a crowd with your 80-something miles per hour DeLorean, and kill a boat load of people. Think about it!
If it was up to me, I’d do it just like Stewie from Family Guy. A steady time machine that will most likely not present any danger when jumping through time.
How would you do it?
