Importance of SORRY
Definitely, everyone knows the importance and power of word "SORRY".
Sorry is a simple word consisting of five letters; however, powerful enough to heal any pain.Sorry becomes very important when you make some mistake and want to admit that you are wrong. Being sorry is more important than just saying sorry. The word sorry loses its meaning when you actually don’t mean it. Saying sorry means you have defeated your ego and preferred the relation. Some times, it happens that we were not on mistake yet we said SORRY to save the relationship. This is the toughest form of sorry when you completely kill your ego and tell the person that you are sorry for the mistake they made.
Let me share a real life experience that may show you the wonders of sorry. I have a little brother, whom I love the most. To me my little brother is just like a kid to her mom. I have unconditional love for him. However, I feel I still expect some respect in return. Of course, I am human being and want some care and love in return. Last time, when I had a fight with him, he told everything about our fight to my friend. I felt hurt and embarrassed too. Instead of saying sorry, he blamed me and quit talking to me. It really hurt me and I had to say sorry to handle the situation because I can't stay without talking to my little brother. It was really hurting to say sorry, when I was feeling that my brother would say sorry but he did not.
Love and sorry actually have a strong relation. Obviously, you will prefer saying sorry to a person, whom you truly love than to leave them forever. The main thing is to understand your preferences. If your preference is your love and relationship with your friends, mother, brother, sister or anyone, then you may say sorry after making a mistake. You should not only say sorry but also you should mean it! This will not only heal the pain you caused them, but also show them that you preferred them to your ego. This will increase the love between you and them.
In the end, I must make a humble request to those, who make mistakes but do not say sorry just to satisfy their ego. For such people I have a humble request that they should feel the pain of those whom they hurt. Some people realize their mistake and try to change their attitude further but do not say SORRY. They should realize that their single word may heal the wounds of someone in no time.
Hope you guys would think about it and understand the importance of words.......
