How to get assimilated vitamins in our body?

Most of the taken vitamins will be destroyed when we have excess amount of food in our body. So, it's important to follow adequate and good diet habit in our life to get more benefits of vitamins. When you reduce the amount of food particularly while taking vitamins, it will give room for the vitamins to work well and also make easy for the assimilation of the same. Ideal and correct time for taking vitamins is evening or just 30 minutes or 1 hour after finishing your dinner. If you feel sleepy after 15 minutes of taking vitamins, then you are correct on the method of vitamin treatment. Assimilation of vitamins in our body can be assured by our good sleep at night times. The other factor supporting the assimilation of vitamins in our body taking fruits and fruit juices. Weekly twice taking citrus fruit juices such as orange and lemon will be very helpful to get assimilated vitamins

To overcome side effects of multivitamins

Some people may be sensitive or allergic against multivitamins. They may experience severe head ache, constipation, mouth ulcers and cough. To overcome allergies one can take capsule Ampicillin 250 mg and tablet Ibuprofen 200 mg with vitamin tablets. However, we can avoid allergy by taking vitamins in reduced strength. For instance, if we want to take B complex vitamin tablet, we can take that in low strengths. We can also avoid side effects simply by taking a kind of B vitamins separately as Riboflavin, Thiamine Mono-Nitrate or Folic Acid.

Importance of vitamin C in Multivitamin drops

Multivitamin drops are essential for the growth of newly born infants. Infants need at least 5 to 8 drops of vitamin drops along with mother milk or other baby health drinks. Whenever we select multivitamin drops for our babies, we should make sure the presence of vitamin C in the drops. Because, babies are mainly fed on mother milk or other drinks, and frequent feeding of milk naturally increases the requirement of vitamin C in their body. So, we need to give them vitamin C containing multivitamin drops to prevent lack of vitamin C.

Benefits of Multivitamin treatment

Multivitamins are essential for our good health. Particularly people crossing 35 years of age need them if they find health problems such as brisklessness, loss of memory, lack of involving in entertainment, loss of appetite and immunition and infertility. These vitamins are also helpful to get rid of psychological disorders and insomnia. Nowadays even young people begin to take sleeping doses to get sleep in night times. The sleeping doses won't give permanent relief to this problem. In fact regular taking of sleeping tablets will certainly affect mind and body health and make any one as addict of particular sleeping doses. But, weekly twice or once taking of multivitamin tablets enables us to find better way of healthy life.

There is no conclusive evidence from rnadomised controlled trials that B vitamins will increase appetite, as these are water soluble vitamins, excess amounts will be excreted in the urine before such affects are likely to occur.
