Breaking the Blocks Of Your Mind

Every mourning billions of people wake up to the same life that they left behind from the day before without actually moving ahead in life. Now let me tell you 10 - 20 Percent of these people live some of the hardest lives but are still able to get out of bed every mourning with a smile on their face. If i told you that you could wake up every mourning with a smile too would you believe me? Most likely not. Like most Americans (witch I am) too many people hold on to things that strip them of their happiness. So many people right now are so lost in thought that they don't realize what goes on around them. Life is passing these people by and they don't even notice the wool over their eyes.

Today I'm going to tell you what u need to hear to be happy and all it takes is a little of your time.

First off. To everyone that has had a bad day, week, month, Ect. I need you to stop reading. Close your eyes and count to ten. Feel that? That is the feeling of stress starting to leave your mind and relaxing your body.

Second. We need to change your way of thinking. So you had a bad day so what there are millions of other people that right now are having allot harder time with life then you, that are struggling just to stay alive, living life one day at a time because to them there is no tomorrow and the sad thing is that they are still happy to be alive for today.

Three. This one is the hardest because its about reflecting on yourself. You need to take some time to figure out where all your mental blocks are coming from. For most people this is stress from work, conditioning to the things that we think we have no control of, and the list goes on. So this part is all up to you.

Four. Get away from all the things that make you mad, sad, stressed out or that bothers you. After you get away its time to let go. Let go of all the hate, anger, sadness till you feel nothing at all.

Five. Once you've done this its time to think of the things that make your life easier and to take a little time to appreciate them. Now think of the things that you have that bring enjoyment into your life. Now think of these things every time you hit a rough spot because these are the things that make you happy.

By now your probably thinking wow! I do feel better about my life. Remember this is your life you control it not the other way around. So every time life gets you down remember life is controlling you and only you have the power to change it, and that power is in your mind.
