The 'Reserve Bank of India is India's Central Banking Institution, which controls the Monetary Policy of the Indian Rupee. To work for RBI is arguably the most prestigious job in the country in the banking sector. Here is a list of the questions that were asked in the prelims exam in previous years.

Examinations will be held in two phases [Phase-I ON-LINE Examination (Objective Type) and Phase-II Written Examination (Descriptive type)] Phase 1 is elimination round and marks of phase 2 would

Pattern of the test for Prelims (Phase 1)

This Paper is approximately of 130 minutes duration and for 200 marks. That in short means you get approximately 39 seconds to solve each question.

The Paper consists tests of i) General Awareness ii) English Language iii) Quantitative Aptitude and iv) Reasoning. There is individual cutoff for each section and overall cutoff. A candidate has to clear the cutoff of every section to clear the prelims exam.
