Updated on December 15, 2015

l. Cut ,and clean fresh chicken you wish to fry.

2. Place the raw chicken pieces in a large bowl .

3. Pour a glass of milk in the bowl with the chicken.

4. Allow the chicken to marinade in the milk for a few hours in the refrigerator.

5. If you desire you may add seasonings that you like in the milk.

6. Arrange a large dish with chicken fry, which is a seasoning to coat the chicken .

7. When all the pieces are coated, place them into a bowl for frying.

8. Cook the chicken using about three fourths of an inch of Crisco Oil, or use a quality oil of you're choice.

9. Cook with a large frying pan with a lid.

10. Heat the pan on about a medium flame.

11. Use a clean utensil to pick up the chicken pieces , and place them in the hot pan.

12. Allow each piece of chicken to fry on both sides .

13. Turn the chicken over frequently while you are cooking it.

14. Cover the chicken after you turn it.

15. Keep water out of your pan ,or you may get popped by hot grease .

16. Using a medium flame with covered chicken, check the chicken often.

17. Chicken may take twenty or more minutes to fry depending on the amount of heat you are using in order to cook it.

18. Press chicken occasionally to make sure blood is not remaining in it while it is cooking. When chicken is usually golden brown it is cooked. Break a piece of chicken apart to make sure it is cooked well.

I love you very much for being as sweet as you are. I love all my friends like family. I have to try to finish a job I started outside, what remains of a piece of a wooden gift shop. The wall pushed me back when I pulled it back. I want it out, and out of the way. It must be done. God Bless You.

Dear Ben: Thank you for writing. Yes we seem to eat chicken a lot. You can add seasoning to the milk as well if you wish. It tastes pretty good. We use something called Zatarans chicken fry in a box. However there are all kinds of chicken coating stuff in boxes everywhere in Supermarkets. God Bless you, and thanks for nice words.

Yeah! This sounds great, glad I stopped by. We usually broil with bbq sauce or grill with bbq sauce around here. I'm going to give this a shot, I like the milk seasoning marinade, sounds phenomenal stars!

Dear FGual: Thank you very much for visiting. Yes there are so many ways to cook chicken. Poor chickens sure do not have much of a destiny at our house. I bought two ten pound bags last night and microwaved three thighs for our cats and took them apart for them and put the pieces in their plates. I try to give them a little bit of everything like can cat food, can Mackeral. Sometimes as a treat I will give them Salmon. Last night I wrapped up some nice catfish for JoAnn and Becky ,and put it in the freezer, and cut a little of it for the cats too. We steamed or broiled a turkey and took it apart. We sort of get a factory going in our kitchen sometimes.

I like KFC. It seems nothing beats their chicken, but you are right. It is loaded with fat. I caught ours fresh raw chicken on sale again for five dollars a ten pound bag of leg quarters. Our cats are beautiful. They eat good. God Bless you , and wishing you a dear and pleasant night in the arms of our Lord in Heaven.

Delicious recipe. I rarely eat chicken. My mother will cook chicken when I visit, but she doesn't fry it. It's either broiled or baked, and it's good. Always think fried chicken at KFC is loaded with fat, so don't go there. I bet that smell gets your cats excited.

Dear Hello Hello : Thank you for writing. The chicken can also be put in buttermilk over night. I find where it makes the chicken very tender if it has been in milk or buttermilk over night. God Bless You.
