Start Anew, Affirm Ever, Gain Momentum

Updated on October 12, 2019

It's a modus vivendi

As we run the gauntlet of everyday life, the risk of those uncherished ups and unreconciled downs befalls ahead. It is of human tendency: -- as we feel a turbulence at the expense of pursuit for higher meaning of life, we profess it instinctively with perplexity; and as the tension abates we learn to laugh and, back with our follies.

Its a modus vivendi. In this case man is always exerting control of himself not to stay longer in the gloom of the other and the jubilation of another. Or else the impetus to march onward is lost, even if not, a facile spark when kindled is easily put off.

Reshaping life is easy as pie knowing when and what to strike: today, mindset. The former does not offer you a wee hesitation, more so for the latter must be ironed at an earliest possible time. So is it, ad hoc this writer offers leverage with this formula: start anew, affirm ever.

Start Anew!

Forming a habit at most runs 21 days at length 60 days. To understand the process of habit building, it is of necessity to dissect the imprints of mind as thoughts are aggregates of habit. Thoughts are first encoded in consciousness. Secondly programmed in subconscious mind; lastly act in muscle memory. Habit is build, in an inchoate drive of intent. Intent encoded is a thought ; programmed becomes a word. Word acted is an action; in routine forms habit.

The only variable that negates the equation is prejudice. A resultant of a growing knowledge from more to more. Yet is a reason man survives from an overwhelming information as he learns subjectively. It is a tool to choose the necessary. If handle wisely, progress is at hand; if disregard development retards.

At the outset you created yourself in a routine of encoding, programming, and acting and to start anew is to disrupt that system starting at cerebral level.

Write journals

As thought is a unit of habit, the purpose of inditing is apparent. It gives you a solitary view of your prejudice. Ad hoc it provides you a benefit of the doubt: to approve or reprove; attach or detach; debunk or conform. Once again: to direct not digress; and to clarify not to muddle; to provide not to deprive; to liberate not to immure; to kindle not to douse. It helps you track your thoughts providing a comparative analysis: -- of “what you’ve become” -- of “what you become” -- of “what you will become.” It helps you create a pattern: --of broken lines, outline, silhouette, and a picture of yourself.

Best time to write

The best time to write being on morn and eve: your habit in the morning set the course of your day; and in evening it provides an official closure to your day resetting your mind and body for tomorrow. You’re in the process now of set and reset in your preferred time -- this writer being after an hour of wake. Waking up early is a must. Sharma established in his The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari to wake up at 5 a.m. It is to provide you an ample time to plan your day ahead. While in the evening this writer also sets to write before an hour of sleep.

Affirm Ever

Affirmations are used to confirm to yourself your thoughts. It is a supplement to the process being an integral variable in determining the success of recreating yourself. There are three types of affirmation: 1) positive, 2) complimentary, and 3) negative. Positive and negative affirmations are the yin and yang constituents of the process. The complimentary affirmation being a compliment only to positive affirmation is use to supplant not to break the process.

Positive and negative affirmations

Positive affirmation starts with “I” followed by an auxiliary verb: “can,” “shall,” “will,” “must” varies in degree of readiness. Or by an action word: “want,” “think,” “dream” also varies in degree of consistency. Another one is “am” in the degree of self-sufficiency. Negative affirmation negates that variables varying in the degree of reluctance, in the degree of variation and in self-insufficiency.

Directing at one's end

Once it is overt to your consciousness “what you’ve become,” you recreate yourself in a series of self-impressions. The urgency of change being a broken lines. As the urgency rises, the disparity in the “degree of readiness” inflicts an impression of an outline out from solid lines -- in degree of sufficiency, a silhouette is created. Albeit in an impression of self-sufficiency, a clear picture is manifested.

To achieve maximum success, it is of value to start making an impression using the impression of self-sufficiency in affirming being the highest in power. It should be: “I am:” -- a millionaire, a philanthropist, a poet, a tycoon, a scholar, and the list continue. That’s the best way to gain a solid footing in recalibrating yourself to “what you will become.” This process is called directing at one’s end.

How affirmations work?

As the process continues, it is a natural effect that your mind suffers wear and tear from an incessant encoding of “I want to be a millionaire and so on” and your subconscious mind does not program it unless there is a palpable positive effect that is conceived from an action that you made in order to achieve your desire. The tear and wear variable nonplus and locks the mind for a continual learning. If it’s not omitted, the progress is in danger losing beyond recovery.

If there’s no positive effect, complimentary affirmation comes in to supplant with the essence of this query, “how can I do it?” Your mind now works with things that are at your disposal or find a thing or two measures to achieve a desired result. It opens up possibility and bridges with what is tangible at the moment.

To satiate your mind, you on the other hand makes that into reality. You start working to provide a positive effect: if it works, you can proceed; if not, resort to another means. You should know that Edison works for a thousand times before he found and tried tungsten filament in his bulb.

When to affirm?

A notable question of a highest concern, it is every day at any given moment. Affirmations create a new sets of imprints in the mind directly affecting the connections of neural plasticity to change its course eventually; and constant affirmations fortifies these changes.

Gain momentum

To sum up, start anew is to gain momentum with positive affirmation starting at cerebral level. (Created + break = recreate; recreate + affirm = degree of self-impression. Creating self-impression + positive effect = solidified self-impression being at highest power; self-impression + no positive effect = wear and tear + prejudice. Supplant with, essence of query (how can I do it?) The equation will be then: creating self-impression + no positive effect + essence of query + working mind and body in persistence =positive effect.) This equation being the variables pliable to conditions preferred by the changer sets in the morning and resets in the evening. In the process of encoding, programming, acting and reacting ad infinitum, the essence of success is purely in reader’s hand. This writer is mainly outlining.
