Success: Recover your self-confidence (by Tara)

Updated on October 6, 2014

Each human being can determine what his desires are, even if it is sometimes a vague idea. Then, it is up to him to make them more precise. If you want to begin this exercise in introspection, here are some questions that will give you a clearer picture of the direction to take:

- What do I want to do with my life?

- What are the most important values for me?

- What are my goals?

  • Becoming rich? Earning more money?
  • Living a fulfilling family life? Finding true love?
  • Finding a new job? One that’s stimulating?

Due to the general situation of crisis, being self-confident is not an easy thing. You just have to turn on your computer, read the newspapers or watch television to know the star slogan of our time: “the crisis is here!” Nevertheless, even in the most troubled periods, people who started from scratch but had a strong will became rich. Their secret lies in one very simple idea that is the basis of each and every success. This secret is self-confidence.

Self-confidence is not reserved for the elite. It belongs to everybody. You have to take charge of your destiny to implement your projects. In order to help you achieve this, I suggest a simple and efficient method. Tara’s Little method, as I like to call it.

First of all, make a list of everything you would like to do, in any field: work, family, love, travel... It will be the beginning of your success. Do not limit yourself, thinking it is impossible. Do not limit your mind and you won’t limit your life.

Then, sort those desires from the easiest to realize to the ones that appear more difficult. Wait for four days before you read this list again. If necessary, you can modify it. To optimize the realization of your desires, I advise you against writing more than 10 resolutions on your list. Make sure you do not set the bar too high as far as the first ones on your list are concerned.

Once you have established your definitive list, do not modify it. Do anything you can to make your first objective come true. Think, speak and act this way until you reach this first level. Do not forget, “You are what you think”.

Once you have realized it, go to the second one, and so on. I have been working as a psychic and medium for more than 25 years and I can assure you that when you will have realized your first desire, reaching the next ones will be a piece of cake. As soon as a first negative thought pops up: “I won’t ever be able to be self-confident”, immediately tell yourself: “I am capable of being as self-confident as I need!” You will then regain control of your mind and life. If you adopt a positive state of mind, you will build up your success little by little.

Thanks to this advice, you will benefit from the keys that open the doors to happiness! Do not forget, as Jim Rohn says : “If you really want to do something, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.”
