THE BENEFIT OF THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWS

In our social and national life there are several laws which are to be obeyed by the people of all classes. But the mighty people hardly care about laws. They want to win everything with their might.

Laws intend to make a peaceful society or peaceful country or peaceful world. It should go on its own way. It can follow its own way and there would be the proper implementation of law. And this implementation of laws can assure the peace and security. Social and national life.

Is it necessary criminal or wrong doer is a wretched fellow. He is always intended of doing misdeeds. But he should be punished as a criminal under the laws of respective country. If he is not given the proper punishment, he is sure to violate the laws next. It harms a victim seriously. When a wrong doer is not punished, he rarely cares about the laws. As a result it becomes severe to the people of a country.

But the mass of a country always favor the proper implementation of laws. Because they want the proper judgment from law enforcing body. They don’t want a wrong doer to enjoy the benefit of the gap of laws enforcing is given the proper punishment he would never venture to do such crimes next time. Besides other criminals will also the people of that country will enjoy a happy and tension free life.

So, the implementation of laws will benefit the common people to a greater extent. But if it is not done, the people will people will find troubles in their life one after another. This is why proper implementation of laws is strongly desired.
