The wild includes African lions, zebras, Dromedary camels, red kangaroos, Peacocks, Sulcata tortoise, chickens, guinea hens, leopard, miniature donkey, Alpaca pigmy goats, fallow deer, ring tailed lemur, ostrich, Watusi, green winged macaw, Aoudad, silver fox, leopard, eland and a new addition to the park, the warthogs.

The wild park provides the most amazing opportunity to interact with several of the animals, having a vast span of domestic and exotic creatures from all around the globe. It is one of the most incredible places for an adventure, gaining knowledge, and hours of remarkable family amusement. The residents, the animals, of the park enjoy the interaction with the people as much as they do with them. Another outstanding aspect of the wild park is throughout the day as you take in all the thrills and animals, the employees give educational talks as well as many other scheduled events engaging the visitors.

The alligator encounter and feeding is one of the highlights. As the spectators watch the show they learn about the American alligator and see first-hand the immense dominance of these aggressive predators as they the trainers hand feed them during the action at the Gator pit. The majestic tiger talk and feeding is a popular entertainment while becoming informed about the park’s tigers, one of which is a scarce white tiger. Slightly over a year old, Kiara and Oden are intensely mischievous and can be located carousing around playing in their swimming pit, putting on a show pushing their barrels or taking a leisurely nap lounging in the sun or shade. The enormous black bear adventure and feeding is mesmerizing as you listen to the fascinating facts about the black bear session with the trainer. But don’t worry if you run out because all along the walking trails to the animals there is the friendly staff available to buy more food. Jase captures your heart as soon as you meet him. He is just extraordinary as he gracefully welcomes you as his massive long neck reaches over the high fence to gently take the carrot stick from your fingers. One distinct feature of Jase is his extremely long black tongue which is not over slimy but tickles your fingers. The kids are in awe of it and waste no time grabbing another carrot for him to call him over a few more times. You might be interested to learn since that was one of the questions asked often from the visitors, why do giraffes have a black tongue? The interesting answer is dark colors absorbs light, giraffes are born with the black tongue because they are continuously sticking out their tongues allowing them to seize the highest leaves possible. Just about nine months ago a baby kangaroo was born at the park. The park attendants created an exciting photo opportunity while at the same time the kids and adults, anyone who wants to participate is able to hold this adorable kangaroo as he snuggles into his blanket and he loves being held close applying just slight pressure comforting him.
