Introduction

In general, being intelligent is seen as well educated and gives you a good reputation but can ypu become smarter than you already are? Studies have shown that there are some ways to improve your IQ although these methods don't work instantly they do show their effects over time.


Educate Yourself

Most of your Knowledge and understanding obliviously comes from those 18 years of school and university. These 18 years teach us the basics and roots of our education. But recent studies have shown that your education shouldn't stop there and should continue for your whole life. This doesn't only expand your knowledge but also keep your mind up and running. It's best to just sit down sometimes and review your college notes and see what you remember and don't remember. Although this method takes time and effort it is an effective way to expand your knowledge.

Studies have shown that some specific apps and quizzes can actually raise your IQ. These apps have been created to regularly train your brain. Things like Luminosity give you simple tasks that make your brain work. It also tells you how much you should do a day and gives you notification when you should start "practicing" again. Quizzes can be found anywhere on the internet and have a very positive effect on your knowledge, not only does it enrich your knowledge but also shows you on what you need to work on and what you're good at.

When you learn an instrument or learn a language you need to work hard and be willing to learn this is personally the most effective way of become smarter because you apply all your skills into leaning. To master an instrument or language lot's of time and effort is needed which guaranties regular practice. Although these two thing aren't cheap, they are definitely worth it learning to speak another language or play an instrument don't only enrich your understanding but your personality as well.
