2.THINKING ABOUT PAST:
I have seen and observed people who constantly live in the memories of the past. Their minds and their thinking’s are very much focused on what went before. This I perceive, is an unhealthy thing to do and is a source of hurting your own self. To start new chapters in life, we have to move on and that is only possible if we stop revising what happened in times gone by. I have always kept on stressing in my earlier articles, past is past and we must concentrate on the things we have to face in future. Living on the bad memories of past is never helpful for us at all. In your heart the more anger or regrets you hold towards what happened before, the less capable you will be for loving the present.

STOP THINKING ABOUT YOUR PAST AND LOOK AHEAD WITH A CLEAR, POSITIVE MIND.
3.COMPLAINING IS NOT AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING:
It is said everything happens for a reason and there are people out there who do not realize this fact. They do not concentrate on the why’s and how’s of a certain problem but rather pay much attention on the complaining part again and again. This kind of negativity is not appreciable and it is one of those very desirable things that we all must stop doing. To hold grudges and pessimistic thoughts is not a solution for anything negative. Instead our focus must remain on the reasons of why a certain thing has happened and that is what needs to be cured and cleared out in our both mind and heart.

STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THINGS RATHER CORRECT THE MISTAKES WHICH ARE UNDER YOUR CONTROL.
4.SPENDING TIME WITH WRONG PEOPLE:
To start anew, you need to bring about changes in the company you keep. Learning to differentiate between the good and the bad is something essential. Try to stay away from those who you think are not helping you out in anything and who affect your happy feelings. The thing that must be kept in mind is that those who really want to be around you will make space for you and those who won’t will always keep on discouraging you in everything. Therefore spending time with wrong people, who are not doing any good to you and instead stay busy discouraging you; keeping them at bay is helpful.

Another thing that needs to be realized is that you are special who carries an own individuality. It is always good to care and help for others but there is YOU who also needs to be taken care of. Realizing your own worth is what matters. You have to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. You have every right to take time for yourself, do things that you enjoy, and move towards the goals that you set for yourself only. It is true that everyone around you also matters but you have your own importance as well .Therefore, you should do whatever big or small that can make you feel good about yourself.

Our main concentration should be on confident approach towards the state of things. When you learn to trust your own self and rely on your own abilities you discover a different kind of horizon out there that becomes the real source of contentment and happiness for you. It is extremely important to step up with all the nerve and make a positive difference for ourselves.

STOP STAYING DEPENDENT ON OTHERS, TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR OWN SELF AND MOVE ON WITH CONFIDENCE.
With a little bit of effort on our part, I think it is manageable to change the self destructive attitudes which we posses. It is not about changing our whole personalities and stop being who we are rather it is about how a good change can be brought about in ourselves that not only benefits us but can also help us to contribute as a good person towards the environment and the communities around us.
