What Makes a Rich and Blissful Life?

Updated on September 11, 2014

Show me a person who have success in accumulating all the material good and all that money can buy;

Add to it the popularity he gained for being very rich in money and his prowess in business;

But he has nobody to really love him as a person, even his children wish for him to die very soon so that they can inherit his money;

He is excellent in handling his financial ventures but when it comes to relationships he is an expert in complicating his relationships;

He is entangled in relationships that are only temporal pleasures but the true vacuum within him remains empty;

Such a poor soul!

Give me a person who is inherently loving and virtuous;

He becomes famous without trying hard to get what everybody is racing for but just lives a virtuous life;

Loving the only other half of his life who together with him they dream the same dream and workout every challenge they encounter along the way;

Side by side they stand the test of time, harvest the fruit of their labors, and their children wake up in each morning adoring them in the name of real love, respect, and faith in their strength and stability;

Their children emulating their good deeds;

They are the model parents when their children find their own partners and have their own families;

They are a model of strength and stability;

The values they inculcated to their children had produced a bunch of loving and virtuous grandchildren;

Can you see the riches of a virtuous life?

It’s full of love, respect; honor, dignity, true admiration and adoration from love ones;

It is a strong and stable life of love and respect from the people you value most who also value you equally;

Such a rich life!

      Lots of money often corrupt the careless...but those who have inherently consistent loving and faithful hearts will live happily ever after.

      Thanks teach for the comment.

      A rich life is not primarily worth lots of money. As you write, it's a life of love that really makes one rich.
