This is an introduction to a far larger study.
In part, this paper will focus on Chemtrails in our skies and the effects of Beryllium, Barium and aluminum manifesting in our rainwater and appearing in our atmosphere. In due part, this paper will address health concerns as well as concerns about the effect that these agents have on our environment. The chief elements of concern included in this paper are:

Since this topic is believed to be of the utmost concern to public safety it will be published in several incomplete parts; this is part one of the study.

Conspiracy theorist’s claim that governments around the world are spraying these chemicals as flak in our atmosphere to (according to extremists) reduce the population of the earth to a mere Five Hundred Million.
Other theorists claim that it is Monsanto so they can attain a monopoly on seeds and grain. It is a fact that Monsanto is genetically engineering all of their seeds to be exclusively aluminum and barium resistant.

Additionally, theorists hypothesize that the governments are releasing this cocktail into our atmosphere with the hope of creating a solar shield in our atmosphere in an attempt to reduce the effects of the Sun’s Coronal Mass Ejections commonly known as C.M.E.’s. Although one might praise them in their attempt to protect the population from the current and predicted solar storm activity, they never bothered to consult the public about these operations. Conspiracy theorist want to attribute increased solar activity, volcanism, earthquakes, severe and strange weather anomalies, as well as Spartan changes in the earth’s magnetic field are all caused by anything from H.A.A.R.P. to the approach of Nemesis; our sun’s binary twin, U.F.O.’s or the inhabitants of Our Hollow Earth. These theories are endless.
In a much broader sense, there exists great concern that the unforeseen effects of the Fukushima nuclear disaster are dispelling vast quantities of radioactive isotopes (hot embers) into our atmosphere. Arnie Gunderson, chief engineer at Fairewinds Associates; raises concerns over ‘hot ember’ radioactive isotopes released into the atmosphere on a global level from the disaster caused by the March 11, 2011 Japan earthquake and resulting Tsunami. According to Arnie Gundersoncurrent estimates suggests that every person in Tokyo is currently inhaling ten of these “hot particles” into their lungs daily since the disaster and that people on the West Coast of the U.S. and Canada are currently inhaling about five of these “hot particles” per day. Additional concerns of researcher’s and conspiracy theorist is over the release of *Oxygen 18 into our atmosphere from the melting of our polar caps. This concern stems from the reaction that beryllium, barium and oxidized aluminum has with water and oxygen, as well as the release of fluorine-18. In common terms the isotope Oxygen 18 is 30% denser than normal air. This density manifest in water in the form of hydrogen or (H218O) when either this enriched water compounded with hydrogen ions in a cyclotron or linear accelerator this creates fluorine-18.
This is a process to create fluorine-18 as used in the pharmaceutical industry known as radiopharmaceutical drugs.
Conspiracy theorist suggest that the vast majority of the population is being subjected to these isotopes and then H.A.R.P. waves as a way to drug the masses on a grand scale, essentially to turn people into “sheeple” a term coined by the late William Cooper author and radio announcer, writer of Behold a Pale Horse.
Oxygen 18 is a result of Paleoclimatology. For decades paleontologist theorized that, the very large dinosaurs would not survive today because their massive bodies would not receive enough oxygen. Recently scientist found evidence in ice core samples that this was indeed the case; that the dinosaurs not only had a much richer oxygen environment but the earth had far less gravity in prehistoric times.
Due to global warming and the melting of the polar ice caps, this release of Oxygen-18 into our atmosphere has been on a grand scale. For one to view the effects of global warming first hand all one has to do is view a current picture of the polar caps and then compare it to a picture that was taken Twenty years ago. Comet Elenin continues to create a panic on the internet beginning in March 2011. One cannot help but to be reminded of the 1933 radio broadcast of Jules Verne’s War of the Worlds and the panic amongst the public that this broadcast created. Nevertheless, this internet panic has abated dramatically; however, one might expect it to continue until at least the end of December of this year when C/2010 X1 ♦ Leonid Elenin finally departs the inner solar system. Oxygen-18 (18O) is a natural, stable isotope of oxygen and one of the environmental isotopes.
18O is an important precursor for the production of fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) used in positron emission tomography (PET). Generally, in the radiopharmaceutical industry, enriched water (H218O) is bombarded with hydrogen ions in either a cyclotron or linear accelerator creating fluorine-18. This is then synthesized into FDG and injected into a patient. It can also be used to make an extremely heavy version of water, 3H218O, or T218O. Faq- To sort out this mystery we must first understand what Barium is mainly used for.
Barium is known as a "getter" or an "absorber". It is used in various medical tests to image the digestive tract because the barium absorbs the X-Rays allowing the digestive system to be imaged.
