Why Do We Have Limits?

Updated on December 4, 2019

Why do we have Limits

Everyone has limits in their life that they have to deal with they are put in place to teach us a lesson. Each limit is different because each lesson is different there is always something new to learn. Limits are there to teach us how to that hard work is necessary to get through life.

The limits that are set before us are meant to be tested and worked with they are meant to help us improve ourselves in any way possible. If you believe that you can get through your life living abundantly you will always try new things to test your limits

What do the limits in your life tell you about yourself? Have you ever thought about them? When I think about my limits and what they say about me, I feel strong because I know that I can surpass them with hard work and dedication. Limits should help you persevere to be the person you want to be.

Limits are always put in your path to be overcome, you just have to figure out how to do that the way that works for you. We have limits because we are not meant to do everything, everyone else does we are meant to try new things and be unique doing so. Everything that we do has some sort of limit to it. It is our job to make the limit work to our advantage, they are not there to make us stop doing what we are doing they are there to make what we are doing better. Limits are hidden gems, of hope and accomplishment when we get passed them.

They are something that everyone has, and in order to get through life, we have to all pass a few of them. We have limits because we all can't be good at everything but that doesn't mean we can't try new things just to give ourselves variety when it comes to living life. We have limits because we are built differently some people are good at things that others aren't and that is why we all have limits. If we didn't have limits we would all be doing the same things and that isn't what the world is looking for and that is definitely not what life is supposed to be about.

Limits Are Always There

Everyone has limits of some kind, it is a part of life. We are all supposed to figure out where our lives are supposed to lead, and our limits are there to point us in the right direction when finding out what we are supposed to do in our lives. We all have limits because we are not meant to keep going all the time, no matter how much we think that we can't stop because the world doesn't stop, We are meant to stop and take a break and relax that is why we have limits because they tell us when we need to take a break or look at something from a different angle to figure it out.

Most of us all think that having limits in our lives is a bad thing but it is actually a good thing. It gives us a chance to look at things in a different light when they don't work out the way we want them too. We have limits to give us something to think about when we are doing things that we think are right for us. Our limits are there to give us options in life because everything can be done in more than one way.

We have limits because we are always supposed to have options but why aren't they just called options? That is the question, everyone will have their own opinion about why limits are not just called options, some might not believe the that the limits in their lives are options to try something a different way. I believe that we have limits but we are never limited to what we can do, which in turn means that we have options. So the word limit is just another word for the option in my opinion. We have limits because we are always changing and if we didn't have limits, then there would be one such thing as the change we can't do the same thing forever, that is why we have limits or at least that is what I think.

Limits are put in our paths to form something inside us that makes us the person that we are. If we didn't have limits in our lives we wouldn't be the people that we are, we would all the same and what is the fun in that? They are a form of uniqueness and that is why it is hard to pick up on what limits other people have. Unless they are noticeable, that is but most of the time the limits that we have aren't noticeable because we don't want to be looked at as weak so we try and hide our limits and work through them.

We all have limits because we wouldn't be who we are if we didn't but that doesn't mean they have to define us. Our limits are there to give us perspective on whatever it is that we are doing, they are there to give us a new way of thinking when something doesn't work out the way we plan it. We have limits because everything has limits but it is the way that we work with the limits that get us to our end goal. Limits are there to get us to the end goal of something that we really want if we want something bad enough we will fight the limits to get there no matter how hard it is. That is what makes us who we are, and we should never ever forget that.

Limits Are There To Help Us Get Through Everything

Limits are there to help us through everything in our daily lives. That is the only reason we all have limits but most of the time we don't look at the limits in our lives like that, we look at them as if they are something bad, but they aren't. Sure we are meant to overcome them all the time but they are also meant to make us better people that are why we have them and always will.

Limits are just guidelines that we should follow or keep in mind when we are doing things. Most of the time we are going to go past the limit in order to accomplish something bigger and better in our lives that require the limit that we surpassed anyway.

Limits are meant to push us forward to bigger and better things they are not meant to stop us from continuing on to the path of greatness whatever and wherever that path will lead us. We have limits because sometimes we think we are going down the right path but we aren't so a limit pops up in front of us and tries to tell us to change our focus and if we do that, whatever it is we are trying to do will work out better.

Limits are meant to be there to help us through the hard times that we have in our lives. Nobody would ever think that is what limits are there for but most of the time people don't look at the positives of what limits are if something doesn't work out the way we plan it then change the way we are thinking about it, or change what we are doing entirely. sometimes doing the same thing over and over again without it working out the way it is supposed to, means that things are supposed to change. It doesn't mean that we can't do it it just means that we aren't meant to be doing it the way that we are doing it. We are meant to do it differently so that it works for us, limits are put in our lives to be worked with, that is what we all have to remember at all times and then the reality of why we have limits is not so daunting and we can get through them a lot easier.

Limits Are The Extra Push We Need To Get Further

Limits are given to us so that we have something to work towards and aspire too, They are like, little breaks, that we take when doing things in order to figure out the best way to do something. If you think about limits like that then they won't feel as though they are so big and in the way of something you can't get passed. They are things that we can all pass we just have to know how to do so.

Why do we have limits? Let's Discuss

I always wanted to know my 'limits' so I could enjoy it when I pushed past them and kept going!

"Aim for the stars, and maybe you'll only reach the moon, but it'll be a hell of a lot further than if you aimed for nothing!"

We don't need to set limits for ourselves, others are willing enough to do that.

Once upon a time it used to be, "Ours not to reason why. ours but to do or die". That was when their lordships ruled the roost. Now they're in the same dung-basket as the rest of us, testing those limits as we do.

Who'll get to the top of the heap first, before 'New Money' pulls up the drawbridge? The Vanderbilts and Hoovers of this world didn't get where they are now by doffing their caps, did they.

Thanks for the comment there are always limits tone but there are always ways to get through them so they aren't there anymore that's what I believe.

A good read. For some reason I do not have the thought of working through limits at all. I run more along the line of not acknowledging them. Much to contemplate.
