Want to learn all about Ladybugs?
Let's celebrate Ladybugs and Ladybug Day
Do you like ladybugs? When I first began writing about ladybugs, I had no idea there were so many ways to find them. Ladybugs are found in many interesting places in our culture. Do you know there is a ladybug superhero? She's, of course, called Ladybug Girl and she's the star of a number of books for small children. And that's not all, of course.
In addition to ladybug books, there are ladybug hand puppets, ladybug commercial habitats, ladybug blankets, ladybug backpacks, ladybug plush toys, and even ladybug dolls. What superhero wouldn't have her own doll? Come here for the latest news on the ladybug front in our culture. I'm pretty certain this list will be growing and growing and growing.
Ladybug Day really exists
I don't know about you but I didn't know about Ladybug Day. Apparently Ladybug Day happens every 90 years. The last one was September 23, 2012 at 2:00am until October 28, 2012 at 1:55am, and yes, that's a very long day. The next Ladybug Day will be in the next century on 01/02/03.
