In metabolism, inefficiency is a low ratio of the energy developed to the energy supplied to the body. People with inefficient metabolism are spendthrift. Naturally, people with inefficient metabolism are more insulin resistant. People with inefficient metabolism will eat a high sugar meal and still have normal levels of energy for hours and hours. Where is the extra sugar going/being stored? The extra sugar remains in the blood as excess blood glucose.
If your body does not need the excess glucose in the blood, then, your kidneys will have to filter that excess glucose and pass it out as waste in the urine. Unfortunately, filtering glucose is poisonous to the kidneys and they will not continue filtering your excess blood glucose forever. You will soon lose your kidneys. Kidneys are vital organs perhaps just like the heart and the liver.
So, Mr. RK Sangha, consider the safety of your vital organs, and then the talk on lose weight or gain weight can follow latter.
