Can memories ever be passed on genetically?

Is it possible for humans to someday evolve biologically or possibly advance enough scientifically, until we're at the point where we can discover a way to pass on our memories like, human languages, mathematical abilities, mental maps, conditioned &unconditioned responses, on to future generations so that future babies could be born with complete use of English or other learnt abilities which are not usually innate? I'd be very dissatisfied to find out not. I really like thinking about the concept of genetically altered talking babies.
