Exactly. That is whyI was so impressed when the chiropractor said that he didn't need to see me again unless I thought I needed an adjustment.
Thanks Backporchstories. I agree. I'm not on an intensive regiment now (thanks to Chiropractic) for the injuries I'd received to C6 & L4. Only once a month to stay in balance which is far better than living in pain or popping pills.
Hi Clive - thanks for sharing your testimony. As you likely know, most of our systems - if not all - are connected to the spinal column. When we are not in right alignment, normal function is hindered. I am anti pharmacopia myself.
I am glad that you asked the question. It prompted me to post a hub on the subject in which I elaborate on my answer here.
Thanks Lila for sharing your testimony. I am a firm believer myself since from falls related to horses & neck injuries from a car accident, wouldn't be pain free without good Chiropractic care.
Thanks Reptillian 4 sharing. We differ in opinion however w/ the exception of regular exercise & stretching being important to not only overall health but spinal as well. I posed the ? to see if Chiro care is embraced more than it was 30 yrs ago.
Most good Ins Cos now a days I believe cover Chiropractic although there is typically a limit to how many visits one has in a years time. I have a horse shoer friend who was annoyed by Chiros claims as well. Sometimes meds are necessary.
