    Thank you for your comment, your points are well taken. The problem is deeper than that. A teens frontal lobe of a teens brain is not developed until well into his teens. The frontal lobe is decision making part of the brain.

    Thank you for your comment. Teens are still in there developmental stage, including there brains. There brains do not look like adult brains until they are in there twenties.
