How much time you got? (Kidding)
1) Know yourself - spend whatever time or resources are necessary, but find out who you really are.
2) Breathe lots of air and drink lots of water. Think about the science behind this in relation to the human body please.
3) Meditate - earnestly make a commitment to understand it's value and then attempt to accomplish it DAILY!
