Should the following person be dismissed from jury duty due to inherent bias?


If the trial's defendant was a youthful male and the prospective juror was an older male with no male children and two or more daughters.

    Most people won't express a bias just because they have one.

    People naturally form biases for any number of situations even if they don't realize it's happening. I just have this inkling that a defense attorney would move to have them removed and the prosecution would try to keep them.
