The horizon is said as the meeting point of earth and sky. Though these can't tough each other but appear to be touched in a row. I could not find the reason as to why the horizon is so horizontal ? Is there any horizon in the universe which is vertical ? I need the answer.

Dang, I haven't seen your philosophic backside in quite a while; ha!
Good to see you, hope the world is treating you well.... and greetings to India.
Well, I'm not from India, but I did fall off the spaceship and land somewhere in the USA, a while back. Thanks... ; )
Thanks jonnycomelately, for your answer which somehow reaches to the soul of the question. but still, the satisfactory answer seems too far to be reached. The possibilities of actual horizon in universe which is vertical in nature, is unanswered.
Thanks Insane Mundane, for your valuable comments and answering the question, but the illustrations are related with the situations as to which we can imagine whatever we see around us. My question still standing to be answered and seeking the reason
I don't know what you mean, unless you are seeking some cosmic vertical slit that leads into a vortex which transports you into another universe?
