Do spiders swallow?
How does their chewed-up food travel from their jaws to the rest of their body?
It's not swallowing in a conventional sense, but spiders, both the kind that liquify their meals directly at the source or liquify pieces of "pulp" that they're holding in their pedipalps (a pair of appendages that are a mix between jaws and legs), will "suck" the fluid into the rest of their digestive system.
They don't actually swallow food in a mushed up form like humans do, but liquify it using enzymes that they excrete into their meal.
