No, I don't think so. I'm sure there's intelligent life somewhere out there.
You see, the universe never makes anything once. Before we used to think we were the only planet, then realised we weren't. Then we went through a period of thinking our Sun was the only Sun -- but we all know there are millions of stars like it. We found out there were other moons, galaxies, etc. So is nothing is made singular, why should there be one universe? There are multiple universes, and how can only WE exist as intelligent life with that much vastness to the whole of existence?
There's just a very low chance of us meeting another intelligent life form because it's likely to be very, very far away.
