   Why new historians arise in every time ?
   
   history deal with an event happened earlier. There will be historians who write the matter at that same time itself.  But gradually there will arose new historians and they deal with the same matter. The new historians also considered as more reliable. Why this is so ?

   Historians do not just record an event. Newspapers seem to do that fairly well.
   
   Historians analyze the causes and the resulting effects of events. As time passes, new historians can better focus, particularly on the effects of events. They therefore can see causes and effects that earlier historians may have overlooked. Q.

   I am not sure that I accept the premise of the question which is that history deals with "earlier events" or that progressive generations of historians are dealing with the "same matter".
   
   In fact, history is making sense of the past. History is not what happened, but an interpretation of what happened. Such interpretations require documentary evidence. And, as documentary evidence emerges---and it does emerge over time, and becomes not only available to but accessible by historians, the very "what" of what happened---including events themselves, changes.
   
   As such, interpretations must change.
   
   I am not sure that all "new" historians are considered to be more reliable than their predecessors. Some historians' work has stood the test of time and is as relevant, readable, and "right" today as the day it was written.

      OK. But there are many new historians who interpret things very wrongly. Once there conducted a discussion at Oxford University on the topic "History can change by historians even God can not.
