Yes of course! Just as I would say someone who is born into a crack addicted single parent dwelling in a gang infested high crime area is EXTREMELY UNLUCKY & UNFORTUNATE.
None of us get to choose our starting point in life. That pretty much is left up to chance/luck. It's what we do with the cards we're dealt that makes all the difference in the world.
Some kids grow up flying on private jets around the globe, staying in 5 star hotels, receiving a Maserati, Audi R8 Spyder, or Porsche Carrera GT as a high school graduation present. It's not their fault that they have a multi-million dollar trust fund, 5 figure monthly allowances, and access to people of power, wealth, and fame who could easily fast track any business idea they might have. In the event of illness they fly in the top surgeon/specialist.
Anyone who does not have to earn money for a living is free to pursue their dream career or passion projects. Being born into wealth or winning a 100M lottery are both extremely lucky events.
