My answer is both yes and no. Yes, a lot of animals would survive in conditions where human beings would not or could not. For example, if we were thrown without tools or shelter into an environment where we were completed naked, and with no way to obtain food or water, we wouldn't last long, whereas those camels in the picture would. We can't stand heat or cold as well as many species.
On the other hand, yes, if we had access to all, or even most of the things we need, such as those tools and shelter I mentioned, with access to food and drink we'd fare better than any animal on earth, I suspect. For we have the capacity to 'adapt' to our environment more than any other living creature. Well, as far as I know.
