How will severely disadvantaged people such as the (1) less &/or least educated, (2) lower

socioeconomic groups(lower middle, working, lower, & impoverished classes) & (3) children from large families(6-more children per household) be unprepared for an increasingly advanced post-modern, computerized society in 21st century America where they don't have computer &/or other technological tools in their homes, qualitative things such as food, education, medical care, & housing are expensive, & lastly, unskilled jobs are being phased out & automated w/the jobs of the future requiring increased/advanced education & skills? Will these groups be a permanent, impoverished underclass?
