Do you mean the way your question is worded?
Mainly because it doesn't make sense, it has no capitals, no punctuation, and really, it isn't a question, it is two statements:
The first leads us to believe that you are going to give a reason why broken English is no good for a question.
The second, leads us to believe that you are going to give a reason why broken English is bad.
You haven't delivered in either case.
Putting a why, etc, into a sentence, doesn't automatically make it a question, it needs the question mark at the end. Putting a question mark at the end of a statement doesn't make it a question, it is just poor use of the punctuation mark.
