Just like dankendk said, it is also known as epinephrine and it does activate the sympathetic autonomic nervous system. It is secreted by the adrenal gland.
However, adrenaline doesn't really make you feel very good. Adrenaline is used by the body to induce the fight-or-flight response, raising your blood pressure, causing you to take bigger breaths, dilating your pupils, suppressing hunger, inducing sweating. Basically, think about the last time you were maybe jogging or scared. That was an adrenaline rush.
