For the most part, not very much. Almost everyone has something to hide for one reason or another. The whole of the system is riddled with corruption because there is plenty of concealment, duplicity, double think, propaganda and misinformation. Further, many people cannot face the real world undiluted and raw. Some escape truth through drunkenness, or drugs, or by some other means. In order to have honesty, there must be truth and transparency. In economics this would translate to open books and only one set of books. In social relations it would mean that we would all have to be devoid of prejudice of all kinds.
