Burn Candles Safely

Updated on November 13, 2016

Give A Candle That Keeps On Burning!

Who doesn't love candles? We love the soft glow that they give, especially during a romantic dinner. During the holidays we experience those wonderful fragrances they leave lingering in the room. And, what could be better after a hard day's work, to sit in your favorite chair, with a glass of wine, your favorite loved one across from you as you both engage in stimulating conversation to the glow of your favorite flickering candles.

This year give "burn safe" candles as a gift. You can find them packaged as a single, group of three candles; you can find them with remote control. They come in various sizes (including different sizes of batteries), colors and designs. You can find various arrangements, centerpieces especially something for this Christmas and New Years Holidays. Good hunting and good burning.

If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it. Margaret Fuller

What could be better? Safe and beautiful. You can have that romantic look without getting off the couch! The safety feature is the selling point.

These are so pretty for any time of the year.

These sound like a great idea. I have also used a candle warmer, which is an electric hot plate onto which you can put a bowl with a scented candle. The wax will melt and give off scent, but there is no flame.

Thanks for your response Julie. I understand what you mean. I am staying at my son's and daughter-in-law's with 2 granddaughters and I am concerned about candles...so I have 3 flameless candles in my bedroom.

I've always been careful with my candles and now that I am at mom's, I've opted to burn no candles for fear of setting the place on fire. These sound like a great solution.

Nice that these were finally invented. I hope the batteries last a long time though

Candles are very beautiful, but the flames and heat can be dangerous. It's better to use safer candles.
