Critically Endangered Animals

Critically Endangered Species, means these species is at high risk of extinction. There are thousands of critically endangered animals, a lot of these animals have one or two of there kind left.

Addax

The Addax is a critically endangered species of Antelope. The Addax is found in the Sahara Desert, and are usually hunted for trophies, in the United States. That's kinda cruel don't you think? The male Addax is a little bit bigger then the female Addax, the male Addax is about two hundred and twenty pounds, the female Addax weighs no more then two hundred pounds.

Iriomote cat is an endangered species of the lion cat family. Iriomote cat is drastically lowering in numbers with less then two hundred and fifty iriomote cats left on Earth. These species of cats, are found in Japan in the higher density low lands. Lets help save these animals.

Maui's dolphin is the smallest dolphin species, that ever lived. These dolphin species are very raw to find, they are usually found in New Zealand's North Island. Maui's dolphin are very smart, they use echolocation to communicate, navigate, and find food.

Amur Leopard is an endangered species with only 15-20 left on Earth. Amur Leopards have a thick coat of fur, with the strongest patterns. They weigh about one hundred and ten pounds, and they have a tail length of ninety centimeters. Wow!!!

Kashmir Stag is an endangered species of the Wapiti Family. They are usually found in India with only one hundred and sixty left on Earth. This Kashmir stag is brown with speckles in his hair. The Kashmir stag has huge antlers that has sixteen points, and very sharp. Be careful standing next to one of these bad boys.

The Northern Bald Ibis is an endangered species, usually found in the desert or rocky areas. They believe that the Northern Bald Ibis has fewer then ten species left on Earth. This species is covered with black feathers on its body, with a unfeathered red face, and beak.

Southern Bluefin Tuna, is an endangered species, related to the tuna family. Southern Bluefin Tuna can be found in many of the major oceans on Earth. The Southern Bluefin Tuna is the largest bone fish found on Earth, weighing 882 pounds. WOW!! The body color is blueish black with white on its finds and belly.

Hawks-bill sea turtle is a critically endangered turtle species, usually found in the pacific or Atlantic ocean. Hawks-bill sea turtle has a flat body, a protective shell, and flipper like arms. Hawks-bill sea turtles shells change color according to the temperature of the water. Thats pretty interesting, don't you think?
